We cook low and slow, fire-kiss everything we can, and pack our catering menus with crowd-pleasing favorites that travel well, serve easily, and disappear fast. 

WHEN FEEDING LARGER GROUPS (15+)

Good BBQ takes time — and ours is no exception. We suggest a minimum of one week’s notice for larger catering orders. 

Last-minute cravings happen though, so don’t be shy — we’ll try to make it work if we can!
